Join by the 15th to receive the current month’s mail. Orders placed after the 15th will automatically be sent next month’s edition.
2. Your letter from the atelier is sent
Mail is sent on the 23rd of every month with a standard Royal Mail stamp (no tracking).
3. Billing made easy
You’ll be billed on the same date you originally subscribed each month.
4. Change & Cancel anytime
Change your shipping address or cancel your subscription anytime with Stripe Customer Portal (link here).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I receive my mailer?
All mailers are sent out on the 23rd of every month.
Join by the 15th to receive the current month’s mail. Orders placed after the 15th will automatically be sent next month’s edition.
How long will delivery take?
Mail is sent via standard Royal Mail letter post (untracked) from my London studio. Please allow up to 5-8 business days for U.K & Europe delivery and up to 14 business days for international delivery. If your envelope hasn’t arrived after this timeframe, please reach out to us.
Can I track my mailer?
To keep mail club affordable and accessible, all mail is sent via standard Royal Mail and tracking isn’t included.
When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed on the same day you first subscribed each month.
For example, if you sign up on the 8th, you’ll be billed again on the 8th of each following month.
How can I update my address, billing details, or subscription?
You can easily update your shipping address, billing info, or pause/cancel your subscription anytime through your Stripe Customer Portal [link here].
